Lloyd & his team worked with our clients and insurance carriers and treated everyone with great care during the hail many hail storms in 2017 & 2018.
They handled my personal hail claim on my home and kept in contact with the carrier to accomplish successful results. The work was completed professionally, and the area left even neater than when they started. Acclaim doesn't just stop at the roof and cosmetics, they also completed the inside repairs to my walls, ceilings and windows damaged by the storm.
As an insurance agent myself, the recommendations reflect just as much on me as it does the referred company. Coming into the 2018 hail season I intend to keep them as a recommended company!

I thought they did a very good job. The only complaint I had there were quite a few nails that were left behind in the street and the neighbor and I's driveway. The neighbor was more concerned than I was about the nails but I understand they couldn't get all the nails out. Other than that they were great and very professional. They knew what they were doing. They did a great job. They were friendly.

I needed some help because the deductible was higher than I expected and they worked with the insurance company to help me get that sorted out. They were great about matching the roof to what was already in the neighborhood and allowed by the HOA. They came in and did the work quickly, they were very neat and kept everything clean, plus they were very careful with my yard and home. They were very professional, very quiet and didn't disturb the neighborhood like some others I have seen. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them to others.
