Acclaim Restorations did a phenomenal job and I wouldn’t hesitate at all to recommend them to anyone. They ended up doing several things at the same time. We had some pretty serious interior damage caused by years of foundation issues. We had the foundation and plumbing fixed last year. This year it was time to fix all the damage. Lloyd’s company fixed all the walls, ceiling, took out a half wall, rebuilt the pantry to make it a walk-in, put in all new lighting, and subbed a team to do the flooring. Oh, and put in a new mantle. The work done was amazing and made it feel like a new home. On the exterior they replaced much of the wood that had chipped and was falling down as well as installing gutters and painting. Again, they did an amazing job! We just finished a renovation with Lloyd and team at Acclaim and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work. We had a lot of work that we had put off due to foundation damage and normal wear and tear. Acclaim stripped the living areas to studs, new drywall, texture, paint and new flooring. Outside was roof repair, new paint, installation of gutters and wood rot replacement. I've had many people knock on my door , but this young man was pleasant, informative but most of all respectful. I allowed him to check my roof , but there was no damage. So he informed me that if there was anything that I needed he would be more than willing to help!
