There are very few home repairs that are more significant than getting your roof replaced. That being said I would like to provide some feedback regarding my experience with Acclaim Restorations. I was referred to Acclaim Restorations. by my insurance agent. Knowing that my agent had dealings with Acclaim did give me a level of comfort, however I needed to do my homework and conduct my own research. When I met with them they provided me with an extensive referral list of all the homeowners (approx. 25) who had used their services. I contacted 6 of those homeowners and received ringing endorsement to quality of Acclaim Restorations workmanship. Being pleased with the great feedback I entered from the homeowners into contract with Acclaim. The customer service support throughout the whole process was excellent! I received regular updates from his assistant (Ruthie) via email and by phone every step of the way. The job to replace the roof took about 3 to 4 days. The crew was professional, thorough removing the old shingles and replacing it with the new with minimal debris impact. The Acclaim team also provided as needed support during the appraisal process required in order to complete contracted repairs. The Acclaim team is like a family, they treated my wife and me with the utmost respect; along with doing an outstanding job in replacing my roof. We highly endorse the services of Acclaim Restorations as the premier roofing contractor in the DFW area. I wish the Acclaim team much success in their future expansion endeavors.
